The staff at Digital XPress is Digital XPress.
 
The most important management task at Digital XPress is therefore to employ, develop and retain staff members who have the ability to comply with our basic values, strategic basis and provide our clients with the best solutions on the market.
 
Digital XPress employs people who are professionally skilled and who have the ability and the will to develop themselves both professionally and personally.
 
All new employees go through a comprehensive induction course that familiarizes them with the areas of the business, their colleagues, the culture and the formal and informal guidelines.
 
We want a culture that stimulates the sharing of knowledge and development – both professional and personal. Managers have to motivate individuals to take responsibility for their own training and development and to be involved as a skilled sparring partner.
 
We hold staff development discussions (SDDs) with every single employee once a year. The manager and employee prepare for the SDD using a questionnaire. After the discussion, we prepare a brief memo on the decisions taken, which forms the basis for follow-up and planning training.
 
Digital XPress wants to retain staff members who have the right professional and personal skills and who want to develop.
